Warranty

Your XOTHRM device comes with a one (1) year warranty for any manufacturing defects. If your XOTHRM product fails within one (1) year from the date of purchase due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. We will also cover the shipping costs if you need to send your device back to us for a repair.

This warranty excludes:

• Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport
• Units taken out of the United States of America
• Units subjected to unauthorized repair
• Units not used in accordance with XOTHRM care instructions
• Damage exceeding the cost of the product
• Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
• Products taken apart or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service representative
• Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase and serial number on your device
• Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer

Do not try and repair the unit yourself, as this will void your warranty.
