Product Notice | SmartPad2 Temporary Pause for Safety and Design Review

XOTHRM is conducting a design and safety review of the SmartPad2 after identifying a potential heat distribution inconsistency during internal quality assurance testing.

While there have been no reported product malfunctions or injuries directly related to this issue, the potential for localized overheating presents a safety concern, and we are acting out of an abundance of caution.

We are asking all SmartPad2 users to temporarily pause product use for now while our engineering team completes its analysis.
